We reserve the right to amend/withdraw clauses stated herein at any given time and without prior warning. Any previous versions of these terms & conditions are considered null and void prior to the effective date shown above.

We shall not be held liable in any respect for a claim/breach that may arise as a result of a Visitor or Client failing to acknowledge these Terms. If you do not consent to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or engage any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

​Team MacLean collects personal data (Name, Date of Birth, Address, Phone Number, Email Address etc.) as necessary to facilitate our services, as well as in accordance with our Standard and Enhanced Customer Due Diligence obligations under the New Zealand Anti Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism Act (AML/CFT) 2009 and any other governing law in the jurisdiction of New Zealand which warrants the collection and submission of such data.

This is restricted to Management. Two Factor Authorisation is required to access and maintain the Data we store.

Unless required by local, state, national or international law, Team MacLean does not distribute, share or sell personal data with/to any third-party individuals or organisations.

Email enquiries may be checked through automated spam and/or virus detection and prevention services as required. Any offensive, illicit, illegal or other activity as referenced elsewhere in these terms will be immediately reported to the authorities, noting the Geographical Positioning and IP Address of the user(s).​
